Is it absolutely clear in the tweet that she recorded a scene with Gendo? If so Shinji and Gendo have some kind of interaction mid movie and I did not expect it, unless it's just Shinji going crazy.

He's not necessarily going crazy. If Gendo does enter Eva-13 as predicted, then he could start appearing to Shinji the same way that Kaworu is implied to be doing in trailer 2.

If he wasn't crazy he'll definitively become it: he's got the guilt of his actions, ReiQ remembering him that he didn't saved Rei, Quantum Rei that still pops up when she feels like it, and now there's Kaworu and Gendo too, dude's more haunted than an abandoned asylum built on an Indian cemetery!

If the translator isn't wrong, on Instagram they Said that half part of the Second part of the movie was finished. What if the Misato-Ritzuko scene of the Teaser is involved?

The Evangelion twitter account has retweeted a few things from that anime train movie recently - Shinkalion. Seeing as that series actually had an appearance by Shinji & some of the Eva cast for an episode and the film comes out a choice date of December 27th (thank you Google) I wouldn't be shocked if a new Eva 3.0+1.0 trailer premiered with said movie. Perhaps one with a complete title and a confirmed release date perhaps?

Evangelion and Shinkalion announced another cross promotional event



The Shinkalion movie is out on December 27th, maybe they'll show a new Shin Eva teaser alongside it.

It's a little odd because as someone who has watched Shinkalion and even got a toy that show is aimed at VERY young boys. We're talking like sentai age but it did get a pretty popular fujoshi fanbase like Inazuma 11.
