Not really "frightening" (in this case, anyways), but more of a "who the heck thinks up this stuff?" kind of thing, in my view anyways. Seriously, have the fans out there neglected to conjure up ANY two characters from ANY anime series as an intimate couple at some point?

I recall hearing about some fanfic writer creating a Kaji/Pen-Pen "lemon" fic just to see how far the envelope could be pushed before the fans got sick of it. Not sure how "well" it went over though...
