As much as I try to avoid comparisons between Anno and Lucas, he's making it reeeally difficult. As long as this element is absent, though, we'll be fine.

Unfortunately, because I said that, it will invariably be present. Probably with Ball.

Where does the Anno-is-Lucas comaprison come from, anyway? The only similarities is the Anno subverts Lucas's tropes.

In wikipedia it has said it is coming out in Hong Kong on April 3rd for a long time. And the only April fools joke I've done today is bringing a mouse that gives an electric shock into school. And if I wanted to do an April fools joke I would have started a new thread and said "ADV released Rebuild of Evangelion and blu-ray today!"

I just realized the Rebuild 1.0 dvd comes out on the same day as the new Harold and Kumar movie is released over here. Oh, well, some stoner comedy might make it more bearable to wait for a legal dvd.

May 27 is when the 'not so special' edition comes out in Japan. It's like 15$ dollars cheaper than the one coming out April 25, but it has less stuff.
