You're looking for a channel whose name appears as three Japanese characters. the first of which resembles a digital figure '8', the second looks like a 'J' with a second horizontal bar across the top, and the third looks a bit like a fishing hook - there's a stream towards the bottom of the channel listing - right now they're showing a clip from Eva 2.22
EDIT:
I wasn't sure on what we were actually going to see - are they basically playing the whole of 2.22 followed by the preview for Q?

Yeah, it's been mentioned quite some times now, they're airing the whole Evangelion Ha TV version (different trailer compared to the BD/DVD version, some credits during the visit to Yui's grave, maybe some other minor edits), after that they'll air the preview of Q.

after downloading, i clicked on program and then pasted 日テレ into the search bar. as of right now they are showing the entire 2.0 movie and it's working fine for me.

yeah seems the regular channel of NTV doesn't work but i've just found the one working, thanks :)
EDIT: you can also use the VLC real time stream,looks much better
