Depressing thought, but what music would you want played at your funeral? For me, it's not a problem at all to think of it. I know it's geeky to want an anime song, but seriously? A) It's Cowboy Bebop, and B) it's mothafuckin' Yoko Kanno! My choice is "Space Lion." Listen to that. It's so......perfect. So many emotions. Happiness, sorrow, regret, joy, pain, pleasure........ everything. I want to live by this song, and die by this song. I want people to remember this song when they remember me.

Enjoy.

'It's Raining Men' would be a hoot.
"Now, from Nature we obtain abundant information about ourselves, and precious little about others. About the woman you clasp in your arms, can you say with certainty that she does not feign pleasure? About the woman you mistreat, are you quite sure that from abuse she does not derive some obscure and lascivious satisfaction? Hmm...long considered this question (probably more than I should have), and I've got some options:

A Tout le Monde (Megadeth) [the Youthanasia version, preferably]
Dead Man's Party (Oingo Boingo) [that's the only joke one, I promise)
Decades (Joy Division)
Dust in the Wind (Kansas) [yeah yeah, cliches aside]
Everything Dies (Type O Negative)
Fade to Black (Metallica) [yeah, I know it's about suicide, but still...]
Gone Away (Offspring)
Silent Hedges (Bauhaus)
The Day the World Went Away (nine inch nails)
Who Wants to Live Forever? (Queen)

I don't plan on having a funeral, but if I did I'd just leave instructions telling my family to pick something out. The funeral would be more for them then for me anyways.

The Great Gig in the Sky

only great song written about death ever. It has no bs, no vapid angsting. It's pristine and to the point. And maybe the most beautiful song Pink Floyd ever wrote.

Apart from that:

Yoko Kanno's Blue

for obvious reasons...

I guess my serious answer would be Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here. I don't worship that band like some, but sometimes I feel that song is the soundtrack to my life in general.

We're doing serious responses now? If that's the case, I'm not entirely sure. I want something that will be both danceable and create cognitive dissonance. And while I do think having "It's Raining Men" blasting while paying your last respects to a recently embalmed corpse would be an experience that burns itself into your consciousness like a cattle brand, it would just be empty camp. What would it mean? Is it supposed to be ironic? No, it's just random and stupid. I want my funeral to be an extrrrrrrrrraaaaveeegaaanzaaaa! And everyone knows a good extrrrrrrrrraaaaveeegaaanzaaaa needs a good presiding theme or metaphor, or least it needs to be a dire of inversion of the life of the deceased, with lots of contrast and shit.

Sadly, I can't think of a single song that would work for that.
