Firefox add-ons
Just thought this would be good to let the rest of you know about. Its easy to use and works well. So far I haven't had any problems with it. Its realy simple to use and all you need to do is when you see an ad such as the poker thingy from rapid share from memory, well any of the links usually from that board just right click and select the add filter the next time you come to the page its blocked all the ad's. I am still looking for an ad on to completely block those pages all together but this is a handy tool for any who are sick of ad's.

I'm quite fond of WeatherBug, myself. Gives a quick readout of the temperature at the bottom of the window, as well as a two day forecast. And with a click, I can take a look at the local radar and some satellite views.
Dunno if it works for locations outside of the US, though.

I've seen so many changeful years, / to Earth I am a stranger grown: / I wander in the ways of men, / alike unknowing and unknown: / Unheard, unpitied, unrelieved, / I bear alone my load of care; / For silent, low, on beds of dust, / Lie all that would my sorrows share. - Robert Burns' Lament for James

Antbar.
Yeah I know it sounds kinda shady (like adware or something), but you can download flash video from any site. It has a built-in browser player as well. I use it quite often.

This is true. It always captures the top layer of flash, so sometimes it will try to download flash ads and stuff. Doesn't happen too often though.Zeak wrote:Yeah I have been using that one, quite handy unless it captures the wrong video. Thats the only problem I have with it.

A number of the add-ons I use are web-developer ones -- I'll skip those except for Greasemonkey as with the w/ 4chan reply filter and 4watch filter, plus the 4chan add-on the site becomes vaguely usable.
