This does seem bad compared to the Disney/Marvel thing to which I am neutral, as Peter Laird has sold everything related to TMNT to the Viacom company; and it seems they will have complete control over it, and all points that there will never be any continuation to the original comic book as it remains on haitus.
Really Laird, this was a low even from you; despite that we had to endure your bitching on not having more characters on TMNT Smash Up; sad that you gave up on your own creation like that. This is coming from a Turtles fan as I grew up with the original series, which of course was totally different to the original work, but it was my childhood.
Well not sure how some of you will take this.
TMNT gets sold entirely to Viacom (Nickelodeon)

I don't think this is a big deal. What could possibly go wrong?
