Yea pretty much ( i agree with Magi). The reason that the US is hated is becasue of its involvemnet where it should not be , not becasue of its freedoms. PLus the high gun vilenence, lack of public health Plan ( eg no free trips to the hospital ), and its media . These are all outlined in Bowling for Columbine.

There are many countries on my list (some I don't remember until I'm reminded), but I'm sure America isn't on the list.
The reason, I think, is because nothing cool really happened there. In Germany, you had Hitler, in Japan, you have a lot of things, in New Zealand, great scenery/volcano/etc., in Antarctica, snow and an angel, in Singapore, a lot of crammed people, in Poland, a friend came from there and the country's anthem sounds interesting (I'll find out more on them), in Scotland, you have their accent and more scenery/castles/etc., Greece, you have all those mythological stuff, structures, Olympics and all.
America... I don't know. Hollywood, but I was never a fan of them. :?

Yeah, "cool" as in "it's cool to learn about this guy". You know? He's an interesting man. Maybe it's my interpretation on the word "cool", but "interesting" about hits the mark.
But that's not really the main reason I admire Germany. I think it's just... the country, itself. I remember watching it on TV and I thought it didn't look that bad. Some parts remind me of Italy. :?

Could we stop with the U.S. bashing, please? I admit that we have done some things in the past that were horrid, yet we have also done a great bit of good in the world (and if a single Frenchman disagrees with me they should remember who saved their hides from the Germans twice).
