Yeah. You read right. This is for everything that doesn't have anything to do with Eva.

Veeeery very minor, but one of my fav NSFW artists has decided she wont do NSFW art any-more because her family found them and they don't like it.
I mean i always have owler but still....

That seems like an understandable position if you look at it in the right way. Familial connections are very important to some people, so if cutting her work is what this artist wants to do, good on them. I don't think I'd do the same in my position, though.

Yeah i respect their decision but it still sucks, hence why its even on here.
Luckily i still have Owlerart for all my NSFW korrasami needs -o-; and i dont think she is going anywhere soon......i hope.

I need to start going to bed at a decent time. I'm tired of sleeping away my mornings.

Thanks a lot.

The worst part is that your biological clock gets all screwed up to the point that now I don't even start getting tired until 1:00 AM. Staying up till 2:00 in the morning is fun once or twice, but when it starts happening multiple times a week is when it stops being fun and just gets aggravating.

I've been going to bed around midnight for the past couple of weeks to help my study habits. Plus, herbal camomile tea really helps you if you want to get sleepy.

I know what I mean. Once, my schedule was so fucked up, (due to juggling work and a broken ♥), I wouldn't get tired before 10 a.m. So I slogged through the days, basically sleeping almost nothing for two weeks, until my body finally passed out which lead to sleeping for 24 hours straight.

It was quite the surreal time, I cried so much, worked so much, I was really in a hallucinatory state.

That makes me wonder if my own screwed up sleep schedule is part of the reason this semester has been such a blur. In any case, I intend to use Thanksgiving to get my sleep schedule back on track for finals and the like.

@Insomniacs:

I generally take a sleeping aid like ZZquil or a generic store brand of the same in pill form about an hour before I want to fall asleep and it works about 99% of the time. It's my miracle worker for getting some solid shuteye.
Among the people who use the Internet, many are obtuse. Because they are locked in their rooms, they hang on to that vision which is spreading across the world. But this does not go beyond mere ‘data’. Data without analysis [thinking], which makes you think that you know everything. This complacency is nothing but a trap. Moreover, the sense of values that counters this notion is paralyzed by it.

And so we arrive at demagogy. - Hideaki Anno, 1996

Somewhat minor FML, but I found my copy of SM64DS yesterday and it worked fine, but a few hours ago, I put it in my 3DS and I got the message that the save data was corrupted, so I turned the system off and ejected the cartridge and put it back in, and now my 3DS won't read any of my DS carts. :irked: It's nothing wrong with the carts because my DS Lite still reads them, but still.

Well, in fear of getting a failing grade in the semester and a general impatience with the course, I'm dropping Mandarin. Though honestly this could also go in RML.
But my grades in my other courses are suffering as well- I've had three elements in the past two days- a quiz and a test for Statistics, a moderate-small writing assignment for the... propaganda course- which have proven quite inferior.

Ah, so what sort of ideology and/or worldview are they trying to indoctrinate you into at your university? I'm at the University of Texas (People's Republic of Austin to the rest of the state), but I'm an accounting major, so I've managed to avoid most of obviously politically and socially biased courses. Not so much for my economic courses, but that's to be expected given the track I'm on.

Without a vehicle. Bl

Postby Alaska Slim » Sun Nov 23, 2014 1:37 am

My truck was just towed away. A week ago it was parked on the side of the road, when someone drove to too fast on the icy road, lost control, and slammed into my truck... twice. Not sure how they did that to be honest.

The funny thing is, sitting today on top of the tow truck was the very vehicle that had crashed into mine, despite having already been towed away the day of the crash. It seems it had been impounded all this time, and since it was going to the same place as my truck for assessment by the driver's insurance company, they brought it along.

I'm flattered, but I'm certainly not anywhere near even halfway to being as accomplished in such things as Asuka-chan is. I'm still in highschool.

Just a mandatory political science or writing course, I suppose it might be called. It's nothing unusual.

Bought the new Pokemon, only to find that I've lost my 3DS. Looked all over and can't find it. Lost it when I moved into my house. Oh well.
