It's times like this that I love the fact that my father is 100% Dutch, so his company sends him on every business trip to Germany or Holland. Milka chocolate bars and stroopwafels up the shiznit every time he comes back from one of those. Don't even get me started on the time he brought back a 24 lb wheel of Gouda cheese.

I think the main idea behind the rule is to prevent long load times for people with not the best interwebs. I don't think your deceptive little avatar is too much of a burden.

There is a size and dimensions limit set on the forum, so you can't upload a large avatar. The deal with animated avatars is you can have one of those "party hard" ones that flash contrasting colors as fast as possible, and that becomes a visual distraction when you're trying to read that person's post. BEsERk EVA01's avatar is fine.

Berserk Eva: I actually saw that AV elsewhere after you posted it. I wasn't tricked the first time, but the second time, I was tricked three or four times. That said, there was a real bug on my screen later on while on that same site.
