Interesting, I just finished reading Kim Stanley Robinson's Red Mars and this sounds exactly like the "walker" suits described in the book. It's fantastic to see stuff envisioned a few decades ago becoming real products.

On release they are warned that if they did not “return to normal” they would be arrested for public indecency.

Well...yet another reason to not visit Greece. I guess they don't stop at imprisoning game developers. Way to clean up the streets assholes

My favorite was the Washington.

From now on, that pose should totally be called The Washington.

Man... That's really heart-breaking. I really hope Greece finds some way to come out positively from all those hardships.

With a magnificent example of poor legal drafting, Florida has just banned all computers, phones, etc:

Tines's link wrote:The audit does, however, note that the EDA's IT infrastructure was so badly managed and insecure that no attacker would need sophisticated attacks to compromise the agency's systems.

:hahaha: Quite possibly the greatest insult in the whole piece.

If I lived in Greece and had any sense of national pride, I'd be calling for people to grab a gas can and find a cop car. But after a couple years of economic implosion and austerity, I guess they're all too hungry to be outraged. Also, I'm not sure you can buy gasoline in Greece anymore.

As some of you are aware, HTTP 2.0 is in the works, and it'll be interesting to take a look at the early adopters. But I found this bit of backwards incompatibility kind of funny: https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-httpbis-http2-04#section-3.5 Specifically the purpose of the contents of the connection string before the settings frame.
