Yep, yep. Betty Crocker has gluten free cake mixes so we're covered. (Gluten Free has become a fad diet these days, but that works in my favor with finding stuff, though it can be expensive as hell.) I'll take a picture of the cake if it comes out nicely. It'll be red velvet (never had it before) so I'm excited.
