Sorry mang, I can't into subbing. The Anno bits don't have anything too meaninful about them - though the fact Anno apparently ALWAYS wears suit like that at home fucking killed me
Initially they shit talk about food, afterwards they talk about how harsh critic Anno can be (he pretty much declares the drafts of manga lukewarm). Their shared hobby is mountain striding/walking/whatever. Initially Moyoko found Anno scary (I gather this means when they first met) but well he wasn't that bad. She especially likes how she can talk just about anything frankly with him.

According to the youtube poster, this was filmed in 2004. It's actually kind of cool to see inside Anno's home, at least at that time.

The YouTube automatic subs are not entirely irrelevant gibberish.
The Hataraki Man anime certainly did not attempt to do more than capture a slight flavour of her actual style. This is a good thing.
