its a pencil board I bought on ebay last year. I thought it was legit but I suppose its possible its a bootleg, I cant find any others like it on ebay at the moment.

the other side has Shinji+Rei. its kind of filthy because I've been using it as a coaster.

Jesus, the only Evangelion thing I have is the Blu - ray version of 1.11. Partly because of money and partly because (inb4 liar) I am not into the fanservice one single bit. I don't like fan service.

I recently bought these YAMATO eva figures, they are huge!!
Too bad there are no YAMATO figures for units 03 and 04...

not going to post any pics today... just wanted to say that I've added 13 new figurines due to some awesome shopping in Tokyo and (to the dismay of shop assistants) writing down prices of everything everywhere so as to get the best deal.... i'm on a budget you see... so will probably add another... say... 8-10 more when i head back to Akihabara... so i'll put up pics when i add the newbies to the family back home ;)

An excellent collection you have there, Faz. I'm especially digging the Gendo, Rits, Noriko and Mari Statues; also nice to see that you have Nausicaa on blu-ray and the Bebop/Geass/FLCL/TTGL box sets. Quick question, did you buy the Bebop box in-store or did you order it online?

All the really nice ones (large PVC Mari, Rei, Asukas) and the Revoltechs are all off the net. The small ones are either from gashapon when I was in Japan, or from conventions, or from magazines like Newtype or YoungAce that I got from Kinokuniya. The Bandai Eva unit model kits are from when I was in Japan, online, and from hobby shops around the place. Also there's some miscellaneous stuff from the local comic book shop.

Yes, because that fan just looked stupid. The fan was from a Newtype mag if I remember correctly.

Got that one from borders I think, many years ago after they stopped making the boxes and switched to the fatpacks. It was a lucky find, and I had a coupon for borders so I didn't have to pay the full (and ridiculous) price for it.
The FLCL boxset was another lucky find in Melbourne last year, as I had already bought the thinpack set of it a few years ago.

It's still impossible for me to take photos of most of my stuff, but today I took the time to finally set up my Petit Eva Deformania collection and take some snaps for you. They're not amazing quality but I did my best. I had to do some brightness adjustment here and there as I lost daylight and it started getting a bit dark inside the house (our lighting sucks).

I chucked the first R-Style set in there too for size comparison. You might notice I'm missing the normal Deformania Mari - haven't got around to picking her up yet.

My favourites are still the orange base set, though the latest (blue base) set is a really nice one too. A shame I didn't have Mari to include in there - she was part of a set that also includes a re-released set 1 Rei and set 3 Kaworu - they have the modern bases though. I think they re-released a couple of older sets with updated bases too, but I won't be getting them (as much as I hate the old stands). Anyway, I hope you liked my pics :)
