Is it usually a board decision or any one admin could have done it without seeking the consent of other admins or the person impacted ? Shouldn't there be at least some announcement somewhere, even if it is done for humor?

Shouldn't admin abide by some rules that were spelt out to everyone, or they could just take the humor of everyone for granted? I just thought that perhaps some notice would have helped rather than wait for the victim to discover it himself.

Then you can sit on a throne of blood, pet a stray dog, sing a rhapsody in August, chug wine until you're a drunken angel, and recall how you didn't regret that one time in your youth when you treaded on a tiger's tail one wonderful Sunday, and had to live in fear of seven samurai, who searched for you high and low, while you hid in the lower depths of the hidden fortress and has a bad sleep in a well, because you're the most beautiful idiot, and you need a clone named Sanjuro.
But on a completely unrelated topic, it is my honor to have been the progenitor for the lovely custom titles bestowed upon myself, and the WonderFinns (at least until Oz ruined it, by having his changed). I think it's great we all received this honor within such a short time frame. I mean, what, it's been like a month?
