Isn’t the mbti test not mainly a sham? Wikipedia says it has no foundation in science.

But to return to topic: I am greater fan of the philosophy of the show and its philosophical conclusion, especially that running away from our problems doesn’t solve anything.

I am very sceptical about a deeper psychological value of the show as the field of psychology isn’t as clear cut as philosophy.

Yes, it is just a fad but it is quite relevant these days and a big topic of discussion and also has psychological roots. Grouping people based on 16 questions as a determinant of a personality type has obvious problems but that is kind of the basis of psychology in some cases.

Freud and psychoanalysis are a big topic in Eva, but even that has many problems and many say it just isn't applicable.
