I take back any post I might've made earlier. I would room with Maya. She seems relatively quiet, but capable of more conversation than Rei. Probably a lot less messy and better at remembering to pay the bills on time.

Here's my top three lists of characters I would share a room with.
3. Asuka. I'm random enough and I have enough of a backbone to give her crap right back to her. During her good moments, she would be fun to be around. Besides she might decide to practice kissing.
2. Kensuke Aida. He'd be fun to be around and we could have all sorts of nerdy conversations.
1. Rei. She's quiet, lets you do what you want. In addition, I would love talking to her and seeing her slowly open up.
Maybe Kaji instead of Kensuke. He's a pretty cool dude.

This is a toughie for me. Realistically I'd say Maya she'd be fun to hang around.

Manga Kaworu was the better conversationalist, I think. And I probably would go kill cats with him to get some tidbits of determinist philosophy out of him. He's like the manga version of Bertrand Russell.

Both had their points. In actual fact I doubt Manga Kaworu would kill a perfectly healthy, independent cat, so as long as my cat never got sick I'd room with him also as long as I have a lock on my door.
