I hate:
Naruto: Worst ninjas ever. They're so annoying. i.e. HOKAGE!! And definitely one of the worst fillers ever.

One Piece: What's so great about pirates? And way too wacky.

Dragon Ball (all): The main character is invincible, and the rest of his comrades suck ass. It gets really old.

Bleach: Too much filler, and the plot's too drawn out.

And basically any ridiculously long Shonen Anime

YYH, Tokyo Majin (first season), GetBackers and D.Gray-man were not bad shows for being shounen fighting. Variation of shounen fighting (parody), Yakitate Ja-pan, was excellent.

I usually drop a show if I think it's really bad so there's not much I can mention:

MD Geist and part 2 (both dubbed)
Harmagedon (subbed)
Di Gi Charat (subbed)
Steel Angel Kurumi Zero (subbed) - while the regular series was ok, this one was completely out in left field

Crystal Blaze (subbed) - trainwreck of a show in almost every aspect
Judge (subbed)
Shana specials including the movie special (subbed)
Eureka Seven (subbed) - have no idea how I managed to sit through 50 episodes of this

In comparison to those shows, Naruto, One Piece, Dragon Ball, and Bleach are actually watchable.

I live a life of bliss for not having seen any of them...

Going through the lower reaches of the scores on my MAL chart, the reaction is usually that I just got bored by and walked away from.

Despite Ornette's rating I found CryBla to be entirely harmless -- if you want to see a real trainwreck, last season's incoherent kitchen-sink title Asura Cryin' is what you're after. But that was merely laughably bad.

The titles that I got most viscerally negative reaction to are actually ones that generally seem popular (Baccano!, Mnemosyne). And I can't really forgive the Bokurano anime for the needless liberties taken with the storyline.

If the first episode is the face of an animé, I don't wanna know what the body was. More heavy breathing than an hour long multi-some porno, and less dialogue, but without the payoffs.

Actually, I HATE Yu-Gi-Oh. My signature was from Yu-Gi-Oh: The Abridged Series, a parody of Yu-Gi-Oh. The parody is quite hilarious and intelligent, unlike the anime.

Green Green: Not funny and just stupid
Pokemon: Retarded
Gantz: The characters just stood around waiting to die and making each fight take like five episodes each. Second season sucked more.
Gundam 00: I could care less about all the characters
Spriggan: Visually it was good but it sucked.

Pokemon: This anime has no plot whatsoever, and hasn't ended to this day. How can something so mindless continue for such a ridiculously long time?

Yugioh: An anime about fu**ing card games! This anime has no action whatsoever nor does it have any depth to it.

Dragonball GT: It was complete filler. What the fu** is that?! They should have ended it after Dragonball.

Inuyasha: It continues in the manga!? That SUCKS! They didn't even at least walk into the sunset or something without solving anything. The creator of Inuyasha doesn't even know how to end a series.

All Yaoi and all harems (besides the original Tenchi Muyo OVAs)

RahXephon: This anime ripped off Eva in so many ways. The only original content it had was the music.

Martian Successor Nadesico: I found nothing interesting or outstanding about this series. It felt like a rip-off of Gunbuster.

I try not to say hate when refering to things like anime, music, movies, ect.
If someone said they hated something I loved I would be a little offended/ crushed. But if they dislike it Im just fine with that.
