Well, I can keep trying to remember more scenes for a bit...

After Mari landed over Shinji, his music player broke.
Rei saw it in a trash bin and when she tried to stop Zeruel with the missile (not the small N2 bomb of the anime, a giant sized missile) she have the music player with her.

Mari acts like the frenzy killer Asuka vs the Eva series, but is pretty likable. She likes her job, like a female version of Kensuke.

Touji sister appears on screen when exits from the hospital. Is like Kyon's sister.

I don't remember the reason of Kaji being too friendly with Shinji, but it began pretty casual. He approaches his face close to Shinji, Shinji panicks and "Just kidding" moment. After the movie pretty much forgot about it until now.

Asuka patch I think it was in the left eye.
