Live Action Aqua Teen Hunger Force Episode
Titled "The Last One Forever and Ever", but the series has been picked up for another season.
I thought it was the most creative concept they had done in a long time. "Der Inflatable Fuhrer" was also pretty out there, but this one had an altogether different quality. It felt sort of like the Super Mario Bros. movie... in a good way. You'll understand when you see it unless you already saw it in which case you already understand unless you haven't seen Super Mario Bros. in which case you don't.
If you live in the United States, you can watch the episode here.
Practically everyone on the Adult Swim forum hates it. That's rather surprising. The most frequent complaint seems to be that the live action versions of the characters were out-of-character, but I thought that was pretty much the whole point. I think that's also what added to the Super Mario Bros. Movie feeling in particular.
They got really creative with how they portrayed these "talking food monsters" in live action. Shake and Frylock were regular people dressed like they made Halloween costumes with no materials to use except clothing, and Meatwad was a brown exercise ball. Dr. Weird's Castle as a bounce house was... wow.

Jeez. I haven't watched the Aqua Teens for years, and now I want to see this.
Though I have to wait until it shows up in a place where we Canadians can get it.
