Hey guys. I take it all of you are starting to see what a shit fight youtube is becoming. Videos are getting flagged for no reason and every fucking retard will start a video with "Subscribe to me". WTF?

For starters why would I want to subscribe to you unless you have anything worth coming back for more? The ad's on there are getting out of control and people will flag your videos for no reason. ITS A JOKE!

What are things you are noticing about it that are not helping. Its honestly going to shit.

There are some douches on youtube who would flag a video for some B.S. reason.

As for the advertisements...

It's understandable why youtube partners will have ads on there vids but advertising on other places on youtube, such as the front page...

All I can say it youtube needs more money. As the site gets more popular it takes more and more money to keep it running. Also if the get more money they are also able to give users more features (Ex: Annotations, account status, etc.)

As for those saying "subscribe 2 me"...

There are those on youtube who want subscribers and people to watch there videos. That's all there is to it. The only thing that annoys me on youtube are the people who spam "sub4sub" or "I like ur vids u shuld come c mine".

Well think about it. If people notice your videos there going to subscribe and come back if you have anything good or wroth watching or waiting for. To be honest though people will continue to watch videos.

I don't disagree with the ads if you are getting payed to have them but on every video. No not fair

Yes that is true but not everyone thinks that way.

I thought Youtube was already a place for idiots and wannabes to hang out. I've seen enough flamed comments about this and that that this comes as no surprise. You'd expect it here anyway, on one of the largest video hosting sites on the Internet.

This all sounds to me like another round of gaming the system like the Amazon fuss a few weeks back.

Really, with youtube and similar things, if you get out of it something worth at least what you pay for it, then you've come out ahead. If you really want to place stuff out in the public eye, you can, after all, always lease hosting services.

So, relax, unclench, realize that there are a lot of jerks out there, and don't let them have the satisfaction of raising your blood pressure.

To be honest, I have actually intentionally, and all in good fun, randomly selecting videos, posting extremely inflammatory (depending on the genre and type of video) comments, not like I don't have a life, sometimes it's fun seeing people get angry over a mere 100 word comment. Really!

I know. any your right. As long as i don't have to pay for it I will put up with it. But its the stupid little day to day things that happen that get annoying. Still there are other free video hosting sites other than youtube so ill try them. NINEMSN video works well and new vids are advertised in Messenger

Youtube went down hill since 2008. It hard to post a comment without getting flame by a fanboy now these days.

Well that is not really the site's fault. :|

Only thing that is a tad annoying to me is the removal of videos which is not really youtube's fault but of the companies that are so uptight.

Since 2008 youtube videos have been getting remove like crazy. My friend John has made a bunch of AVP music videos and they got remove because of Fox which was unfair since they where fanmade.

Yes, that was FOX. They felt it may harm them for whatever reason.

Although as a result of some video removals may seem unfair recently youtube has given a dispute claim feature. I've used it against WMG once or twice and they allowed two videos of mine that used a song that they owned to not be muted.

This is how it works(I'm saying this from memory):
If a video you made is taken down for infringing copyright or muted by a music industry you click "dispute claim" next to the video, file under "fair use" and give a reason why you think it should not be taken down.

It'll go under review and you'll find out whether or not the dispute was unsuccessful.

Youtube started sucking once Google bought it out. But you can't really blame the owners, for that much money I would've done it. It really pisses me off though because videos of mine and my friends are constantly being tagged and removed, or the audio removed, for no nonsense copyright infringement. It is just really stupid.

If your video got flagged and removed for no reason, dispute it and they'll put it back.

If it got flagged for advertising, read the terms of service.

If it got flagged for using music or video that's copyrighted, read the terms of service.

If you're going to complain about a service that is provided for you, for free, then you're an idiot.
