Anyone know where I can watch Genesis 0:0? Preferably both parts w/English subs. Thanks!

The internet?

There was a raw torrent some years ago, but I've not seen a subbed version.

Brikhaus' Evangelion Extras DVD had Genesis 0:0 subbed. I have it on VHS but no subtitles.

I thought 0:0 didn't have anything new on it besides some interviews.

Hmm, thanks, I can't seem to find the torrent but I'll keep looking. You'd think something like this would be easily available.

is that the one that has the original long opening on it?
Question: "who the hell do you think I am?"
Answer: "My name is Mr. Snrub and I come from some place far away....Anyway, I say we invest that money back in the nuclear plant. "

Do you people want me to reseed the Evangelion Extras DVD? It's got all that stuff on it.

I can't check the actual VHS that I have right now, I can't remember everything that was on it because my VCR is broken. The rip of the extras DVD that Brikhaus made comprises of:

Extended OP (about 4 minutes)
Extended ED (about 4 minutes)
After the End picsub (about 20 something minutes)
Karaoke OP
Genesis 0:0 "The Light From the Darkness" (interviews with voice actresses, character bios, interview with Sadamoto, more character bios, interview with Ueda Motoki) (about 30 minutes)
Genesis 0:0 "Final Chapter: Neon Genesis" (interview with Anno (this is hilarious)) (about 4 minutes)
Some Cruel Angel's Thesis AMVs (think these may have been official)
Filmed part of theatrical episode #26, Compilatory special edition (subbed, about 11 minutes)
Series and movies trailers (about 10 minutes total)
Spike Spencer's parody dub of the end of 26 (about 2+ minutes)

PM me if you want a copy of this rip

OK.

Just for everyone interested, there were other things on the disc, including the good Eva AMVs, karaoke, official commercials, and parodies. If you aren't interested in that stuff, then contact Ornette.

Otherwise, I'll put a torrent up for the full disc soon.

I'd be interested in a subtitle version since I have the actual releases.

Next year I plan to copy my laserdiscs and VHS tapes to computer.

Sorry for bumping this thread but I guess it's better than making a new one.

Errrr. Either I can't find it, or these haven't been fully transcribed, let alone translated? They're not included ADV's Platinum Collecion on EvaMonkey's, and apparently they didn't include it at all... predictably. I'm looking for the Genesis 0:0 interviews in particular. I did find something from Genesis 0:0 here but they do seem to be in audio form only. I'm not sure if this includes both the VA/Sadamoto/Motoki and Anno interviews, either. So I did add it on my trello.

If anyone's wondering, "In The Beginning" seems to be another name for "The Light From the Darkness", but I'm not sure if it includes "Final Chapter: Neon Genesis" too:

There's also both Genesis 0:0 features (0:0 - IN THE BEGINNING and 0:0' - THE LIGHT FROM THE DARKNESS) which are recap and making of pieces, neither very interesting although the first has very brief interviews with Sadamoto Yoshiyuki and Anno Hideaki.
