Just out of curiosity, are there any fanfic writers/readers out there at Evageeks? There's not that much really said about it here, which I find surprising.

Or not, considering the slow lingering death of most of the Eva fanfiction websites...

I plead guilty -- though I really do need to get my finger out and carry on with the Nanoha/NGE crossover. I know what happens, I just have to sit down and write it.

Just a reader, I'm afraid, although I've been told I have stellar creative writingskills (apparently ) so, never know, may try my hand at something after my A-levels - I'm thinking maybe a novelisation combining the anime and the manga.

Holy crap...

that's one of the first Evangelion fansites I'd found.... but that was a couple of years ago, before I'd even seen the entire series. When I was still googling around and trying to figure out what Evangelion was, and who the mysterious blue haired girl was.

Well... small internet, isn't it? Somehow, I'll doubt I'll have anything like that floating around.

I don't really remember, if I'm honest. But I think at the time, I found it fascinating. I was still getting to know these characters, and the dynamic between them. It was informative, but back then, I was hovering up anything and everything... I

The only things I outright were the grey background, the layout, and the fact that there were essays and stuff. It was 2-3 years ago, if not longer.... maybe 4

I'm not aswell known... I don't think... outside of a small decaying corner of the fandom. Hell, I didn't even know this place existed until a few months back. I didn't hold out that much hope, give the state of the fanfic sites and how they're dying on their feet.

But.... I'm glad that I'm not alone here myself.

I'm also not alone in thinking SI's can be dione half decently it seems....

Also if anyone has ever read any of my stuff, it'd be nice to hear about it -- the only people I know have read it are the beta readers into whose hands I pushed hard copy.

Actually I skimmed through a chapter of your works once out of curiosity, it was this somewhat AU take on post-22' where Rei apparently likes Asuka (not certain if Asuka liked her back) that had some other anime cross-over (not sure what series) elements in it. The chapter ended with Rei 2 blowing up ala 23'.

It was an interesting concept and I liked your prose. Good job.

And yeah, Rommel indulges too, as does CorporalChaos IIRC.

Oh, Dartz and me know each other plenty, but I doubt I will be appearing in any pages of Eva fandom... maybe just a footnote reference, if at all.

Other than that I'm extremely new in actually writing...erm...fiction. the RPG thread is where I've constantly contributed.

I've got my completed one, in my sig, and the other that I just begun. First one's really just a lead-in to what I have planned, but I doubt that I have the skill to pull off my idea.

In any case, it's a 4-part series of Rebuild, with only the first fic based on the first movie. Everything else is how I've thought it out.

I've written a fair amount: about thirteen stories, and more in the works.

But none of them are Evangelion, so that might not count. I don't ever plan to do any NGE fics, because first I'd have to know what's going on, and also have some places where a thing needed to be told. I can't find either.

I don't actually read much fanfic these days...actually barely any.
