What do you all do for physical exercise, if any?

Running mostly. I try to do it 3-4 times a week for 40-60 minutes. There is a great state park adjacent to my apartment building that I use. The best part is that there are a lot of homeless weirdos and drug addicts there, so I get to work on my speed training whenever they come after me.
Awesomely Shitty

-On EMF, as a thread becomes longer, the likelihood that fem-Kaworu will be mentioned increases exponentially.
-the only English language novel actually being developed in parallel to its Japanese version involving a pan-human Soviet in a galactic struggle to survive and to export the communist utopia/revolution to all the down trodden alien class and race- one of the premise being that Khrushchev remains and has abandoned Lysenko stupidity

Swim a kilometer, supposed to be every monday, wednesday and friday. Working to expand on that.

to what end do you proceed?

Winter - gym twice a week, plus 12 mile cycle ride most weekends.
Summer - 10 mile cycle each way to work as often as weather and other factors permit (about 2-3 times a week on average March-Oct)
and at least one walking or cycling holiday a year.

Basketball, which is about the only form of exercise I can tolerate. Back "in the day" I used to play from the moment I got home from school at 3pm to 9pm at night when the sun was down and everyone went home (I'd often even stay to shoot for an hour after they left). I'm actually not half bad... ya know, for a white Irish-looking ghost-dude.

I've seen so many changeful years, / to Earth I am a stranger grown: / I wander in the ways of men, / alike unknowing and unknown: / Unheard, unpitied, unrelieved, / I bear alone my load of care; / For silent, low, on beds of dust, / Lie all that would my sorrows share. - Robert Burns' Lament for James

Push-ups and Sit-ups in the morning. Mainly just to stretch everything out as I only do 50 of each.
My job has me wandering around a large industrial plant so I put in some miles doing that.
And after dinner on the weekdays I usually run on my treadmill. The program I use runs me five miles. Lately I have been watching an episode of Dark Angel and one episode of Spiral while running.
And on the weekends since it is winter and there is snow on the ground I go cross country skiing once in a while. No predetermined length of ski or time spent. Just what I feel like doing.

I swim three days a week for an hour and 45 minutes.

Fitness Center--2 to 3 times away week depending on what else is going on.
Also, I sometimes take walks outside where my house is.
