Either way, for all of those interested in knowing about me (that means absolutely nobody, who the hell would want to know who some "MaggotMaster" dickhead on the internet is anyway) I'll tell you of how I got here, first of all, I'm a Chilean (lol backwards country), 16 year old male (underage B&), and it all started some weeks ago, I think, I was minding my own business as usual, not bothering anybody (despite the fact such an evolutionarily backwards waste of flesh is still alive should bother most), when a couple of guys who were up to no good, started makin' trouble in my neighborhood, I got in one little fight and my mom got scared and said, "You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air!". I whistled for a cab and when it came near the license plate said "FRESH" and it had dice in the mirror! If anything I could say that this cab was rare, but I thought "man, forget it, yo, home to Bel-Air!". I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8 and I yelled to the cabbie "Yo, holmes, smell ya later!" Looked at my kingdom I was finally there, to sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel-Air.

Welcome to the board. Sanity is optional (actually it might be a deterrent here), feel free to use lots of big and confusalating words, and most of all have fun.

Welcome. Have fun, use big words whenever possible, and remember insanity is as frequent here as the common cold. (Trust me people, I will never run out of these kind of quips)

This is an English language site; Japanese fans are likely to stick with their own language. That leaves the US as the majority player.

Hmm... I thought that since Japanese education is so tough, they all learn English and/or German and are very good at it. :? English is not a hard language to learn... if I could do it (okay, I've grown up on Cartoon Network and PC games since I was four ), then they have to be better than I am. :? Positive prejudice...

English is readily regarded as the hardest language in the world to learn. Mostly due to the many, many rules involved with it and the penchants that such rules are broken at will and that is perfectly fine.
And to most Japanese students English is the bane of their learning experience. Just ask a person from Japan about the English portion on college acceptance exams. (I have. They basically curse it out)
And as for every Japanese person knowing English, I really don't know where you got that from. The truth is that most Japanese people cannot speak English. They may know a word or two but that is about it.

It's certainly one of the sloppiest. Anglo-Saxon with forty percent of the words replaced with scraps of Latin learned by ear among the uneducated lower classes, plus Lloyd only knows what from various contries the English have occupied over the centuries...
DAMN YOU, BRITISH IMPERIALIST PIGS!
But without the British Imperialist Pigs we wouldn't have cool words such as Wanker, Bangers & Mash, Humbug, or the phrase "Bloody hell."

And let's not forget the English language students in actual English-speaking countries... :shudder:
I got lucky there -- I'm in some upper percentile of brats who have 1337 English 5|<i11Z entirely by accident. Too bad I wasn't learning Japanese when my brain was young and nimble.

One of the easiest, I might say. Every laguage I've learnt a little in my life (Hungarian (:P), Russian, German, Italian, Latin, Hebrew and Japanese) are a lot harder to learn. Of course I have an advantage when it comes to Hungarian, but one of our teachers is an English guy (he is awesome! One of the best teachers within 300 kms!!!)), and he told us that he had a lot of trouble with our language, but in time (approximately ten or more years) he learned it and sometimes can speak in Hungarian so well that I can't hear his accent! I think Reichu knows better than I do that Japanese is also a tough language to learn. Especially when it comes to the 2000 kanjis. But I just love that they only have two tenses! We have three, so its easy to get used to it.
@Reichu
I know what you're saying. Once I was in a team making some international ... (#&@{đ[!!!) ... stuff on the Internet, and some English girls and boys were also participating. Sheesh, even my spelling was better back then! When I still wrote "goed" instead of "went"! :P It was quite disappointing to see native speakers having worse spelling than a non-native speaker.
