About the molecular cutting of the prog knife

Where exactly is that mentioned? Both here and on the Fandom wiki it's listed that the prog knives can cleave objects at the molecular level, however it's not sourced in either page. And I've also went through a decent amount of Eva material but I haven't encountered anywhere where this is stated.
