Saw this on Twitter.
The account is just an Evangelion fan in Japan but the book looks pretty official.
Is this elaborate fanart or for some Eva spinoff like a game or something?
Anyone have clues?

It's just the art book for Detective Evangelion.

Half of Dr. Katsuragi's face is shown in both NGE and NTE, and he's much younger and doesn't look like a discount bin Fuyutsuki.

Not to go on too much of a tangent here, but there is also a set of nine (ten?) angels that look like bowling pins that you need to roll over with a shrinked-to-human-size Unit 02 (or maybe 00, don't remember) curled into a ball. It's wack.
