What your interpretation of the song Sakura Nagashi?
for me is in my view is Shinji's thoughts after Kaworu's death

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's what it is. I like to use it for my own favorite ship, but it's pretty obviously K/S.

I don't have one. These vocal numbers are deliberately written to invoke a mood more than any specific aspect of the narrative. For me, I feel it's best to just let the poetry do its thing and be an unbound source of imagery and emotion, and not try to impose any unnecessary limitations upon it. I might be weird that way, though.
