What do you reckon the MBTI profile of NGE's characters are?

I've seen some stuff lately in regards to the Meyer Briggs profiles of the characters. (If you don't know what it is it's this personality type indicator based on the work of Carl Junge)

In my opinion, Shinji is definitely an INFP (Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Perceptive). He's always lost in his thoughts and driven by his feelings, so I felt it was appropriate.

Anyway, I can't quite place my finger on the others, so I wanted to see what you guys thought.
