Fresh meat onboard..
I've been a fan of Evangelion ever since it first hit the screens over here in Ozland. I've got the original series on DVD but haven't seen the remake (or what's been released so far) yet, but I'm looking forward to the kind of spin they will put on it.
The only thing Eva that I really miss is english Evangelion videogames. Ive read about some pretty good titles. Just a shame they haven't been translated for us non native kanji reading types. When I saw the N64 one years ago, I nearly poo'ed my pants!
Till the Fourth Impact renders us all into an endless ocean of orange goop.. make mine EvaGeeks!

Heya, I'm... well, at least on that vast and infinite place known as "teh interwebs" by its strange (but rarely charming, thus reducing the amount they differ from conventional matter [1]) EarthScorpion.
I could comment on the madness in the posts above me. Charitably, I shall not.
Anyway, I'm both an Eva fan, and a fic-writer (one Eva-related story, although in fairness it's a rather long one), the link to which is in my thread. I felt I should go find a proper Eva-dedicated forum to get discussion about it, perhaps to get some advice on some of the later bits and characterisation (which, I might add, is naturally skewed by the fact that Thousand Shinji is a parent fic, and that it's a crossover, so I'm not afraid to produce changes based on the changes that it's a setting merger produces. Such as the changes to Rei (see avatar)).
Of course, I might also be a rampant egotist, prone to meglomania, and just like people saying nice things about my writing. But if I were, I wouldn't be admitting it to you, would I? So I must, logically, not be.
