Hi OP, I'm working on a bp4 decoder/encoder now, it's still WIP so please expect scripts soon

here you go OP, inside 7z is 2 python scripts for converting bp4 to and from png, I hope you can finish the project!

edit: forgot to mention, it uses the original bp4 file as a sort of template to produce a new functional bp4 so be sure to keep the original files around when editing, for testing purposes I just renamed them to *.bp4.og and that way the lb5 repacker utility just ignores them altogether
