This book is a collection of black-and-white pre-production sketches. Many of them have previously appeared in the books
Shin Seiki Evangelion Settei Shiryoushuu,
Shin Seiki Evangelion Settei Shiryoushuu For “Eva” Maniacs, and
Neon Genesis Evangelion Newtype 100% Collection. So if you already have those books, you'll have seen many of these pictures before (this new book has the images in a larger size than the
Neon Genesis Evangelion Newtype 100% Collection, though). But if you don't already have those books, and you're interested in pre-production sketches, then this is a really nice book to get. The English version is good quality too, except for the misleading title... this book contains pre-production art,
not production art!
