OMF: I'm surprised the whole Tokyo-3 traffic squad isn't in hot pursuit, sirens blazing, with Hyuga leaning out the side window of the lead car with a megaphone, begging her come back to the command center so they can work all this out. (Couldn't resist that one.)

My sentiments echo Bastard King's.

But no sweat -- you win some, you lose some. I remember my first captioned images being some of the most unfunny things imaginable.* (And the funniness of any subsequent ones fluctuates. Ones that makes me lol while I work on them may still end up flat.)

* Well, uh, judge for yourself. Please be gentle. I was younger and stupider when I made some of those than others. (IMO, three still definitely work, with some "indefinites", and some "flunks".)

One thing that PWNS parody-wise, though it's an AMV, is Asuka the Black Knight. It works so well it's freaky. :mrgreen: (Speaking of which, I have an idea for making an Eva parody montage clip thing (which might suffer the same fate as the above, but oh well), but would have to wait awhile to make it. I have no means, program-wise or dvd-drive-in-computer-wise, of making such things. Oh well.)

E.g., THE PROBLEM WITH MEMES. But referencing other things does not a funny make, either. And references can be funny on their own, as well.

One thing that PWNS parody-wise, though it's an AMV, is Asuka the Black Knight.

A Black Knight joke with EVA-02 strikes me as being extremely obvious. By the time I even knew the video existed, I had been making Black Knight cracks for a while. The joke is funny in and of itself, but I don't think the video clip is really as great as people make it out to be; it seemed extremely forced in its execution. (Had to roll my eyes at the concept of Shinji "piloting" Zeruel, natch.)

Poking fun at myself for being such a diehard A/S shipper. T_T; And yes, I know this is stupid, writing out this sort of things helps relieve the stress I'm currently under (College, mainly, Math). Odd how my form of running away is the computer. Wonder when it'll finally "betray" me. And no, I don't care that I'm currently not making much sense.


Hopefully this is at least somewhat funnier than the above post of ARM and Operation Mind-Fuck Shinji.
