I don't know if this is in the right place or not so feel free to move it if need be.
Does anyone know what Anno's been up to since he did EoE ? What he working on now and is he still having personal problems? If Eva was his way of working things out I'd be intrested in knowing how he's doing since.

1998 - Anno directed Love & Pop, his first live action film
1998-1999 - Anno directed His and Her Circumstances.
2000 - Anno directed his second live action film Shiki Jitsu, (translated as "Ceremony Day", or "Ritual") which is considered by some to be his best piece of live action cinema, and arguably when of his best directorial pieces overall.
2000 - Anno provided the voice of Miyu Miyu in FLCL.
2001 - Anno did storyboard work for Mahoromatic
2004 - Anno directed the live Action Cutey Honey
2004 - Anno plays Kasugabe in "Cha no aji" (Taste of Tea)
Upcoming - Anno will be directing the Re: Cutie Honey OAV series for Gainax
Evangelion will perhaps remain to be Anno's legacy, the one work he gets summed up by. He used it as a way of exorcising personal demons, many of which he no longer suffers from. More than a decade has passed since work on Eva began, and he's changed quite a lot. He's gotten married for one. He also says that he could never create something like Evangelion again. It was fueled by the torment of a broken man, and as he is no longer hurt or broken, he cannot. He's a much happier person, much more self assure. People find it difficult to understand Anno's latest work on the Cutie Honey franchise, however it is light hearted, and upbeat, just as Anno would now describe himself.
He hasn't really done anything of the importance or scale of Evangelion since production closed on End of Evangelion, but he continues to work steadily, pioneering various techniques in film making.
