Well, evaotaku.com as we know also has the RCB translations, I would recommend there instead, since it's also easier to navigate and read :D

for that matter, has anyone here ever seen a copy of RCB?

God damnit. I hate it when people repost translations and guides without their copy policies.

There are two major translations of the End of Evangelion program guide, aka Red Cross Book, or RCB for short. One is translated by Patrick Yip, the other is translated by Bochan_Bird of EvaOtaku.
