I guess I'm currently watching Kill La Kill. I don't know why, I think on some level it's awful. I think if I were ten years younger I would like it a lot more, but I'm just kind of like "Aw geez, this shit again?".

Guess I should be glad my inner child is still alive because Kill la Kill is a blast. Put everything but it on hold to conncentrate on Yamato.

I finished Chuunibyou.

I'm a little disappointed at the ending, really. I was hoping for both Yuuta and Rikka to grow up and quit with the whole act. It's still a cute story, but that ending just irks me. Yuuta reminds me of myself more than I care to admit.

I strongly agree with you about that ending; clearly designed for a sequel rather than to be convincing. In this it is quite different from the end of FLCL, for instance, in which Naota understands that he can still be a child because he has more growing-up to do before he can break loose.

Fucking knew it.

Hanasaku Iroha Home Sweet Home: it wasn't sequel film which was slightly disappointing but I sure was happy to visit Kissui Inn again.

My feelings exactly. Also, young Setsuna was great, I wasn't expecting to like the flashbacks so much.

Blazblue Alter memory episode 5:

ahahahaha they did it they actually did it they managed to shoe horn in a hot springs episode. So much for the huge improvements they made back in episode 4. But at least I can say the episode wasn't as bad as the first 3 were.

I'll have to see the movie, of course, but you're mad. There is no substitute for Minko.

What's the problem with a hot springs episode?

I just watched Do You Remember Love? I can't really say much more than that I really liked it, especially the thoughts on civilization that it touched on. And it didn't feel very much like some rushed or abridged version, as evidenced by the fact that my ship had completely switched by the end. Hayase-san...

Up to the fifth episode of Blazblue: Alter Memory. Since they finished Calamity Trigger and moved on to the plot of Continuum Shift the quality seems to have improved...maybe because they're not rushing as much now.

Also:

SPOILER: Show

This episode is Lambda's debut! Yay!

Normally I'd be fine with a hot springs episode but when you're first 3 episodes of a series are horrendously rushed and you're only a 12 episode show it would be smart to not waste time on a hot springs episode that doesn't move the plot along and save that kind of thing for a ova or something.

^At least they introduced Lambda and Tager, so it wasn't completely wasted...

While not a new show I decided to start watching Clannad again (I never finished it)
I am going to plow right on thru & watch as many episodes as I can in a day and finally finish
this series that everyone seems to like.

I genuinely love how good Evangelion hurts

No, Catamari being former dark flame master now in denial simply fits the impression I have of you. I hadn't thought this before but when you wrote that I simply went "lol, figures".

I enjoy ear molestation only occasionally.
