This automated Mahjong table was at the apartment we rented in Shanghai. There was some tiles stuck in it that needed to be replaced by another set (that's why some are blue) and it took a few tries to figure out how to get it working.
Note that it takes about a minute for the tiles to shuffle and rack, so you can fast forward through the middle section where nothing appears to be happening. After that's done, a "Set" red light will appear in the middle, then hitting the button will open the top to allow everyone at the table to see that there are no more tiles in the machine.
