Although I have not found any news posts for this screening on the AVCon website, the timetable for the convention includes a block for a single Evangelion 3.0 Screening on Friday, July 12th at 8.00pm (http://avcon.org.au/information/timetable). Adelaide's Anime & Video Games convention is at the Adelaide Convention Centre, and runs from July 12-14.
As it has been with these sort of announcements there is no mention of whether or not the God Warrior short will precede the screening, so in lieu of any further announcements I suppose we will hear from attendees whether or not the short was included.
I anticipate there will be a more formal announcement over the next couple of days, if not on the AVCon website itself, then at least somewhere on their Facebook where people can see.
