That's not a Japanese name. It's a Western one that's been inverted and with the surname converted into Japanese syllables (but without a vowel lengthener). That's one of the most horrible things I've ever seen!
If I were to have an actual Japanese name, the closest thing to Reicheru Kuraaku is Reichi Kuraki 久良岐礼智. (Reichu is not an actual Japanese name, as far as I know.) But that also sounds rather silly.
