Evangelion games CG packs

Well, recently I noticed that the Asuka pics from Ayanami Raising Project with Asuka Complement Project are not very common on the internet, I've been running some reverse image searches that gave few or no results, so I decided to fix this "problem" (INB4: it's only because I'm a nice person, I don't like Asuka or anything ).

Sorry for the silly folders' names but some of this stuff could be considered pretty much useless, but I wanted to post the whole rip so I tried to catalogue them.

I would like to point out that compared to the PC version Rei's CGs are probably lower resolution, without mentioning that these PS2's ones seem to have darker colours, anyway I can't confirm it directly for now.
Also, most people won't really care about these technical details but I resized the images to correct the AR, the NTSC PS2 has 14/15 PAR, and I think that the "outfits" pics had an alpha channel which unfortunately was turned into a solid colour by the program that I used to extract the graphics.

I've found an incomplete version of rips from the game awhile ago, it's nice to have a more complete set.

Love the anime-style graphics, too bad the Shinji Raising game doesn't have 'em. (FWIW I have a copy of the PS2 version of Ayanami with Asuka, brought it several years back and love it.)

I'm glad to see that you guys and gals liked it. Does anyone have any request for some other CG pack? I should be capable of extracting the graphics from almost every PC/PSX/PS2/Saturn game thanks to the Westside tools, even though Evangelion 2 is between the unfortunate exceptions like I mentioned in the NG2 thread.

ARP w/ ACP Faces:

-If Rei gets embarrassed/flushed, her eyes get sucked into her face and she becomes slenderwoman.

-Asuka makes the best monster face ever.

-The game features a character that is most likely a 70's porn star specifically because of his mustache.

-Sad/distressed Evangelion characters are entrancingly cute for terrible reasons.

-There is a chance that characters could suffer from myopia or hyperopia. Reason not given.

-Shinji is the inherent ability to shrink his nose into his face and have only two holes (I checked, his head doesn't actually lift; his face moves up his head though).

-There is a point in the game where Asuka may get entranced. When?

I have only a pair of notes this time: first of all I've used the Chinese (Traditional Chinese, probably) version, it shouldn't be an issue except for the interface's graphics; also, as you can see the character's sprites have some composed sheets, I left them just like that because I'm lazy and I could have messed up something while editing them, anyway they should be easy to compose into proper images, you just need to do "some" cut&paste in Photoshop.

I changed the title of the thread in order to turn it into a general CG rip thread, I think that it would be silly to open a thread for each game.

Which game are you referring to? In the case you were referring to Secret of Evangelion, it's an "adventure game" which follows an altered version of the series' events, it features two original characters, the protagonist Kenzaki Kyouya, who's a Nerv investigator, and Kaga Hitomi, a researcher. There's also a thread about this game.

Nevermind, just found it. But. . . where can I get my hands on this? I don't know Japanese either, so is there even the slightest possibility that it can be found in English?

The Playstation 2 version is fairly old, I don't know if you can buy it as new any more, the DS version is still available on YesAsia and probably other stores too.
Anyway the game is in Japanese and I doubt that we'll ever see it in English, there's an official Chinese (ROC/Taiwan) version and a Russian fan-translated version of the original PC game (without Asuka) but I doubt that they would be of much use.

I am currently learning Chinese, and know a little of Russian. But it will be long before I am fluent enough to be able to play a game in either languages, let alone translate from languages.

Rosetta Stone would be my friend, but its reading and writing lessons suck the fat one.

You're most welcome. Did you play that game BTW? I played it but I really didn't understand much about it, especially why does Kyouya develop red eyes, a powerful AT field and stuff?

Anyway I somehow managed to put together an incomplete rip of Shinji Ikari Raising Project, it doesn't have all the graphics from the game because ISIK uses a variation of the format used in most Gainax PC games (from Ayanami Raising Project to Girlfriend of Steel SV), nevertheless I managed to rip all the album's events and even other events which don't appear in the album.
I won't upload it on Picasa because some pictures probably violate their TOS, "prudes" are also advised against downloading it, just grab it from Mediafire.

Next I'll upload the CGs from the PC version of Ayanami Raising Project, now I can confirm that the pictures have a slightly higher resolution (800x600vs640x448), there are other rips of that game but I think that they're all in lossy JPEG. If there are more requests just ask.

I honestly hadn't played SoE but read a detailed synopsis when it came out. I got really intrigued when I saw some of the screencaps (especially where the agent gets Asuka to EVA-02 during EoE) and incorporated ideas into my 2nd Blue Rose story from what I saw. Now that I've seen the rest of the story visuals it makes me want to try and play the game once I download a copy.

I've never seen a walkthrough of this game on the Interwebs. I don't suppose you've got that too, have you?

As great as these are, they're also painful reminders of the fact that nobody will ever translate these Raising Project games.
