The problem with that is that is based on a voice actor and can not be relied on .

Okay, I feel inclined to ask just what in the hell your point is?

In regards to your little 'gendo/Kaji/Shinji' combination, I said; "His physical appearance was not altered in any way, tho."
And your response to that is;

Neither him or Asuka change apperances. The only thing that has changed is the bandage on Asuka arm ( which was inflicked during the Eva series battle ) , Eye ( repaired , becasue they were damaged) , and Clothes

I am doubtful about her injuries tho.
I mean after she is on the beach, she uses her right arm to touch Shinji's face.
With the way it was damaged, you'd think that she woudlnt be able to bend it lke that.

One thing I have been thinking about for quite some time now is why did her arm rip apart? I mean I know their nerves are linked to the Evas and the feel the pain it does, but Asuka's injuries in EoE were the first time that a Pilot actually recieved the same injuries as the Eva. Like in the Bardiel episode, they had to cut unit 00's arm off. When this happens we see Rei grab her arm like it has been cut off, but it hasn't. And later in the series unit 02 gets it arms and head cut off, Asuka feels the pain, but is not injured. So why did she actually sustain the injuries of her Eva in EoE? One thought I had was that maybe it was because her sync ratio was so high at that point.

Also With the arm I thought maybe she just saw it being ripped apart in her mind but it wasn't really physically happening. But there is no denying that her eye was bleeding after the Eva was hit with the lance. So how did she get these injuries?

That's a good question. Wait , the lance percies the soul , that probably why. The lance was involved.

That's the confusing part.
I thought once, that it was because her Eva was in berserk mode.
When Eva-01 goes berserk, it never really lets the opponent touch it.
So we wouldnt know if that was the reason.

It probably has something to do with the spear of longinus. If the Eva's AT Field is pierced by it then so would the pilot's AT Field.

then again..when 02 went beserk it was pinned to the ground and gutted to the point of being an empty eva...
if she got pregnant maybe Shinji did a bit more than just jerk off when she was comatose.,..

if you look at the scene where Shinji looks up you see that eva 02 has been torn to pieces but the head and neck is still intact
i dont know how to freeze frame but the piece that held the entry plug was still in one piece though very damaged (from the lower back up)

Shinji felt that he was fucked up for jerking off in front of her. I doubt he'd go a step further. Rape is a pretty big step to take for someone who went into a spiral of depression after jerking off in front of someone.
