That is absolutely bizarre to me. The character holds no appeal for me whatsoever, and there are numerous other appealing choices in the show (Ochako's at least on the list, but I see a lot of love for Tsuyu in MHA circles as well).

This and the Best Anime Series video by the same group were fascinating cause it shows how little I know about what anime is popular. Didn't know most of the names or shows and the ones getting the most traffic were completely alien to me.
