How do you have shittier artistry than a series which is almost 25 years old? How?

China now blacklists Anime. Not a surprising move at all, but some choices are rather weird. I mean Terror in Resonance and Psycho are quite obvious picks, Blood C and Death Note make sense as well (if you consider the subtext), but banning the second season of Tokyo Ghoul only seems a little bit erratic.
Then again, it's China we're talking about. Different decisions by a different system.

That's a bit creepy, and kind of puzzling. I mean, what would you get from underwire measure that you wouldn't from cup size? And breast weight? Jeez, talk about overcomplicating things.
