OK, so what's so good about platinum edition? New scenes or something? Is it 'Renewal Of Evangelion'? How come everybody is sooo onto it?

Reasons why Platinum rules..

1)the picture looks brand new, not old like the original DVDs
2)There is now 5.0 surround sound
3) Director's cut episodes are included
4) the most important part.. the screen doesn't jump around everytime the scene changes like the old DVDs (I hated that)
