Key animation started from 2011 and the correction work was still going on in Feb. Based on the experience of 2.0 it took one year from end of key animation work till theater release, so we are talking about 2012 at least I believe...
I never thought I would come back to Evangelion after EoE,
But I discovered Re-Take (or it found me?) and
now here I am.

Who do you think is more reliable, Shunj Suzuki or a random animator?

Shunji Suzuki posted a twitter back in this January that the key animation is being fixed and corrected. So the animation has definitely started and not even from this year -- if they were correcting stuff in January then key animation work must have started back in last year.

:w00:

Maybe Anno won't become the George R. R. Martin of anime after all.

You mean they're not comparing him to George Lucas like all the American fans are?

Anno can at least write a movie without having to be forced into rewriting. Tedious script rewrites are part of the many reasons why George Lucas didn't write and direct Empire and Return. That, and NME fails to feature a character who talks like it has a swollen tongue in the name of technological progression in the visual arts.

 Sorry NAveryW. Didn't mean to make a debatable point in the thread that's merely in anticipation of something else. I guess I'm just a little edgy over a deed I need to do tomorrow.
