On mobile, I swiped away from the page, I came back I was logged out, the Mari Logo was gone and it looked like Chuckman had posted on the forum.
I clicked on the link to another part of the forum, everything was back to normal.

April 1st joke is working a bit too well. I have all ad-blockers disabled, and on both Chrome and my Windows phone I never get forwarded to the real site's index page. There's absolutely no way to access it. The only way to look at anything is to cleverly navigate to one of the subfora through the top bar and then use "Navigate to" in order to get anywhere. Gonna make the place totally unusable all day. Hah hah?

There are probably built-in browser settings about cookies that are independent of add-ons for ad blocking.

The only reasonable conclusion to make in this day and age is that the domain has been hijack and an old cloned site is being used to steal user login info.
