Did anyone ever work out the frequency at which the boobs needed to wobble to dodge a bullet like that?

I know there's an image somewhere in which the speed of breast motion is calculated at something like 60000 kph, but googling "high school of the dead boobs" did not help me locate it :(

You'd have to know what the speed of the bullet is and the distance traveled (across her chest). Even for really slow moving projectiles, it's impossible (obviously).
