One of Octalus's tentacles for a mouth? No, it was no Pikachu. It LOOKED like a pokemon but it wasn't. I also said it had red eyes.

Also, the more I think of it the more that albino pikachu looks more like one of Master Spawner's heads from The Deadly Spawn.
