I'd give Rei some books by Immanuel Kant, as he had a lot to say about duty and how it relates to morality.
I'd give Shinji some time alone with Kaworu. Although really, it'd be Shinji and Kaworu giving each other gifts.
Asuka would get a goddamn hug, and also some video games.
Keehl Lorenz would get a swift kick in the balls.
I'm not sure about the others.

Shikinami: a PSP (or maybe a DS), the Wonderswan has died from a long time.
(Re)i: a cooking book, she probably needs one to get some ideas (she seemed to cook without one in 2.22, it's weird for someone who probably never cooked)
Shinji: one week with his father but the problem is convincing Gendo...
