Hi, I'm a newcomer to this forum but not Evangelion, and definitely not this site, which I've used for a lot of help with figuring out some parts of Eva. I thought it would be appropriate to give my thanks by joining this forum. Also, don't let the name lead you to believe I'm trolling, it just sounded like an original, funny name. :)

Thanks for the welcome! I love Eva (of course), and I've seen Eva forums before, but I never really felt compelled to join any. However, I fell in love with this Eva-based concept album I found, and I thought I'd share it. I made a topic for it in the fandom area.

The lyrics are especially angsty, and I love every word. It perfectly captures my life right now, and I figured some Eva fans would also enjoy it, since it's related.

OK, time to say hello.
I'm Pedro, 28 years old, from São Paulo, Brazil.
Everthing started back at High School, when some friends at the local Seinen-kai (the Japanese youth) spent afternoons over debates about an unknown (for me!) anime, Neon Genesis Evangelion.
Well, I'm not Japanese, nor ever had been fan of any anime before, but since my friends started to talk about it (and I was dating a hard-core Rei fan at the time)...
Eleven years after, and here I am. Also a hard-core fan!

Hello...

I found EvaGeeks when I was looking for some slightly more in-depth information on backstory and terminology after my last run through EoTV. I've seen everything maybe five times through, and I'm still picking up new details. That's part of the fun of Evangelion for me - it's such a challenge to wrap your head around all of it at once.
I got an F on my Marduk report...
